This workshop will unwind the muscles that contribute to slouched posture by methodically unbinding the shoulders and neck, and freeing the fascia that spans the length of the spine. Learn how to identify the upper trapezius and levator scapulae, as well as the individual muscles of the rotator cuff and how to address them specifically using the Soma System tools. You will leave this workshop standing taller, breathing deeper, and moving more freely through your upper body.
