Set Up
Sit at the edge of your seat.
Movement
Straighten your left leg, and place the left heel on the ground in front of you with your toes flexed upwards. Use your hands to press into your right thigh and lengthen your upper body towards the ceiling. Inhale and lengthen your spine upwards; exhale and gently lean forward. Repeat 3-5 times on each side.
Intention
Restore length to the back of the leg.
